[SOLVED] Honorbuddy auth code invalid

I haven't used my honorbuddy in a while, but when I tried to use it, it says my code is invalid. I am in my buddy auth, under active keys, it's lifetime, so it's still valid.

ANYWAYS....I know it's a bug... I've tried the different zones, made sure they were the same... nothing working. I ALSO tried to somehow get support other then having to post on the forums.... but it was so hard to find... I gave up...

So please... help me out!

This is the HONORbuddy Support forum. You've provided a HEARTHbuddy log. Hearthbuddy session keys will not work with Honorbuddy. You must purchase an Honorbuddy session key to use Honorbuddy.

Or if you're having problems with Hearthbuddy, you want to ask for help in the Hearthbuddy Support forum.

Hi again, Feao,

It sounds like your installation is quite messed up. Let's try a 'clean install' as described here:

Honorbuddy:HelpDesk:"Clean installing" Honorbuddy

As stated in the article, it is important for the clean install that you:

Use a NEW directory in which to install Honorbuddy (e.g., C:/Honorbuddy/)
Do NOT copy anything from a previous Honorbuddy installation
Do NOT install any third-party products
Disable the streaming of all products from the Buddy Store

How to disable streaming of Buddy Store products

Please leave it in this configuration until we get your problem sorted.

There will be a log from the 'clean install', and it will have the answers we need.
