keep getting this prompt when i try to open honor buddy ""the program cant start because MSVCP110.dll is missing from your computer. try reinstalling the program to fix this problem" tried reinstalling honor buddy but still not working, not to sure what to do any help??

i cant find the logs i looked at that tutorial and still wasnt sure how to get them for you

still nothing and no new logs, logs stay the same not to sure what to do now

Okay, let's try a 'clean install' as described here.
As stated in the article, it is important for the clean install that you:
If no joy, please attach a fresh log from the 'clean install' whether you believe it to be important or not.

- Use a NEW directory in which to install Honorbuddy (e.g., C:/Honorbuddy/)
- Do NOT copy anything from a previous Honorbuddy installation
- Do NOT install any third-party products
- Disable the streaming of all products from the Buddy Store
If no joy, please attach a fresh log from the 'clean install' whether you believe it to be important or not.
