[SOLVED] HB Saying I'm Using Wrong Version of WoW - Won't Run

My WoW launcher says I am using version 21742. My game client is saying I am using version 21676. Honorbuddy will not start because it says I need to use 21742, but that I am using 21676.

How on earth do I get 21742? My wow launcher doesn't download any files for updates. In fact it claims I am already using 21742.
