Hello,

I just tryed to setup HBRellog today.

Downloaded the latest version (1.1.5), and extracted it on my desktop.
Launched, added a bot, and filled all required infos (i think)

Started HB, and here what happened.
- Started wow
- Logged and go in game
- Started HB
- After 1-2 minutes, game crash, and so, HB close. (from HB logs)

Tryed after just with HonorBuddy, still crash.
So is there anything to do with HB & eventuels dependencies, which make WoW crash, is this a know issue, or does someone got an idea about that?

[We've moved your thread to the Support forum, where such things belong.]

Hi, Alfonse1er,

The problem is peculiar to your machine, and not a general one.

Please attach a full log from Honorbuddy that captures this issue, and let's have a look.

cheers,

Hello,

Thanks for moving.
Didn't open this help-request in the help section since I thought it was related to an external tool.
(since yesterday, all was working as intend without HBRelog, and didn't saw any spamming thread about wow crashes)

Logs will be attached.
I also attached the HB Relog log file, in case of.
Didn't saw anything usefull, maybe you can teach me some tips?

Hi again, Alfonse1er, and thanks for the log.

Let's start by seeing if a simple machine reboot will solve the problem for you.

If no joy, let's try switching the WoWclient from DX11 mode to DX9, and restart the WoWclient. More info here:

If no joy, you've got an interfering program. These articles will walk you through the usual suspects:

According to your log, HBRelog itself is suffering from the same symptoms as Honorbuddy. This implies an interfering program is a likely culprit. But, best to check it all.

cheers,

Hello,

I have reboot my computer, and didn't helped so far.

So, I tried deleting my /cache/* file, and anything related the HB Relog.
(Files, logs, DLL & assemblies, applications)

It seems now working (without HB obviously), and so, I'll stay using HB without relogger.
