[SOLVED] Can't get store code and can't contact their "support"

Didn't see a support thread for the "master pack" the website would appear to be broken and when I try to get to the product page all I get is 4 links and nothing on any of them... I've tried it in Chrome, Edge, and Firefox and nothing works...

I've emailed them per their support skype accounts directions but no response this is day 3 in attempts to contact them. And he hasn't been on the forums in like 2 weeks.
