[SOLVED] Can not Log in one 1 of my 9 toons

I've been doing my garrisons with the garrison bot on all of my toons tonight, and when I got to my last one tonight HB would not complete the start up process. I checked that it was still working on my other toons, and it is. I did a "repair" using the installer and still having the same issue. Log attached.
