[SOLVED] Activated a trial meanwhile Tripwire

Hello,

I am member of HB since a long times, and i've never really asked or complained about it. But i have a request.

On 1/21/2016 3:06:09 PM, i activated the trial of https://store.buddyauth.com/Product?productId=6221

Meanwhile the tripwire was actif, and i couldn't enjoy the product. Is it possible, exeptionnally that by the circunstancy, i have my trial period reset? I will anyway buy the product soon as my bank transfert arrive on my account ( This Monday.. Bank doesnt work the week-end.)

Generally, Honorbuddy is good about not charging you for bot downtime not in your control.

Tony already stated somewhere it would be automatically reset. You should be good to go.

If my english is correct, that means, the developper doesnt have the option to reset? Or it means, in my case personnaly, they not gonna reset?
