Sold gold, got scammed?!

Hey, i wanted to sell some gold and looked everywhere for some sites.

Found offgamers, but they never seemed to have my server open.
So i found

I talked with someone this morning from the website through msn and he said he could give a better price later on this day, so i went to school and when i came home i texted him on msn again.

He told me to wait an hour so he could fix some stuffs and look how good deal he could make.

He offered me 0.95$ per 1k g, though it was a pretty nice deal.
So we talked, took printscreen etc..

We took the trade and he said he had to wait for his boss so he could send the money though moneybookers. Now i was starting to feel something bad.

I texted him like 5times and he answered very fast each time and said, "Im very sorry man, but i cant do anything without my boss, could you please wait a minutes and he will help you".

Something like that, but after 1? hour and still no "boss" i was strating to get pretty pissed.

And now they wont answer?! Gaaah, it was like 158$ and i kinda need money ...

What can i do? Is there any chance i might get my money back? What can i tell blizzard -.-? GAAAH pretty pissed right now.


I know its like 5-6 in the night/morning where he's at atm.. but i dont think he is like "of from work" hehe.. so im pretty sure i got scammed.

Maybe private buyers, but not "chinese" people.

i was doing to research into doing the same thing and there was someone who was possing as a gold seller by changing one or two letters of the gold sellers msn name sounds like you got screwed man go through moneybrokers and see what you can get done but pretty sure your sol try the hacked line it might work

How can i go through moneybookers? No money or anything has been sent :( Think im gonna log in with an another msn, try to sell etc :)

Its worth a try, trust me. Been there done that. A GM restored my 400k very fast.
I told Blizzard that I had saved all my gold for exotic mounts and pets and that this guy who ripped you off scammed me when trying to sell me "mounts + pet codes".

Yes I sounded like a retard and that is exactly what we want blizzard to think we are.
They wont even bother to investigate this shit, they have better things to do.

Dont take this as a garantee, maybe I was lucky and got a lazy GM.
But if I was you I would give it a shot.

Yup, very true. I remember when I first started botting a few months ago that I stupidly didn't have my account locked with an authenticator. Came home one night from class to find that my toon and gbank was cleaned out. 700K gold and full tabs of mats just gone. Oh, and my toon on another server somewhere in the middle of Vashj'ir.

Put in a ticket and when I woke up, it was fully restored :)

I wouldnt bother trying to contact these goldbuyers. The chances you get the money back is very low.
Most people would make a ticket instant if they got scammed so if I was you I would make one today.

Yeah, done one now.. it says its gonna take 1 day and 8 hours >.< haha

So i maybe can try to get in contact with them meanwhile

Gah, just got response.. they told me that they would look into it but unfortunally would not be able to restore any gold or anything :(

I think im screwed, or you think i can do another ticet and wain abit more :D

They havnt seen any weird activity on my account, so they didnt bought the "i got hacked and they took my gold" argument.

The first time i told them i bought TCG mounts :p

Oh well...shit happens. You`ll get 160k in no time, it could have been worse :)

I bot in Uldum and the result is approx 10k/day.
