I decided that it was just to risky to keep all my mats I have been botting for the past week and a half under blizzards radar. So, I sold all my items to my private buyers and got 625k for my efforts. The mats were worth more than that but meh. Just sold all 625k to my seller and got $1,187.50 USD for my efforts. Time to buy more accounts because I'm sure if they weren't flagged before they sure as hell are now. I wanted to farm about 1m per server that I farm on but decided its better to do that by hand.

So, if you're considering buying 3 sessions on this bot and mmomimic silverbot this is some of the results you might get. The benefits outweigh the risks.

not 100% of the gold was made by botting though. I did alot of manual work 16 hours a day. And if by stoked you mean that I have no life yes, you're right. Lol.
 
Hahah when you say manually, what do you mean? Like personally working the AH or like farming/crafting?
 
Manual farming. I was running 6 accounts at once. 3 hbs 2 mmomimic silverbots and was doing manual farming. One of the things i farmed was the hycanith macaw pet (I can't spell it the epic bird in stv.) I did this manually since botters get caught farming that pet all the time. I farmed for about 36 hours got one and gave up. The drop rate on that pet is amazingly low for the 13k that you get for it. And silk cloth is pretty much vendor trash on my server.

Where do you find your private buyers? And was all the gold on one server or spread over many?

You run 5 bots but manually grind one of the hardest pets to farm because your worried about getting caught.

For the stuff you mean? They're usually irl friends that know that I bot and don't mind buying things in massive quantities for resale. If you mean for the gold i'm not giving that information out sorry I can say that i've sold to the same person for about 5 years though. But I can say that www.gold4key.com buys gold for around 1.7-1.8/k the owner is usually limited to buying 100k at a time though. www.offgamers.com occasionally buys and www.mogs.com as well. Or you can try the mmobay forums.

Wasn't worried about getting caught at the time of farming the pet. I had used a seperate computer, seperate mac address, vpn and vsock with the "legit" account. It's worth over $2,500 and contains my 6700 gs ret pallly that i've been farming with since the beginning so, it's priceless and I like ensuring that it doesn't get flagged under my bots. There's still risk yes but i've been gold farming with him since 2003 and he hasn't been banned yet. However on the botting computer, as time went on (I was botting for about 16 hours) that I kept not getting caught though, yes I was getting worried. I had $1,187+ worth of mats and to lose that over getting greedy seemed impractical and yes, crazy.

Yup, 4 accounts got flagged with a 72 hour ban and password reset, the other 2 are untouched, one being my "legit" account. So one of my botting accounts that I sold 100k on was unflagged. Why I don't know, I had sold 100k on another flagged account yet it was flagged. Is blizzard getting stupider not to see this? 5 were botted under the same ip on the same mac address yet 4 get hit? Morons.
 
Those websites never have demand for the two servers i farm on xD, and all my friends bot xD. So no real way of selling :<
 
Well GL on keeping your main account as a 6700GS don't come easy. Would be a nightmare losing him.
 
In terms of selling to a site, is it safe (as safe as can be) I mean, I assume I give the gold over before I get paid? They do pay up easily enough I take it? I'd hate to lose my gold and have no comeback.

I would buy depending on price and stock. Yeah, offgamers rarely buys gold because they usually get their stocks elsewhere. Did you try gold4key yet? I know Lynn personally and he usually buys for 1.7-1.8/k and buys on a mass majority of servers.

About using these websites being safe there's ALWAYS a risk of being banned however lynn and his employees try as hard as possible to stay under blizzards radar. Obviously if you sell mass amounts like I do your accounts WILL get flagged no matter what (unless you get really lucky) you do but if you sell in small amounts face to face or through guild bank you usually never get caught. I have also heard but never tested that using the auction house is another good method. If you mean that they're legit and pay yes they do. If you don't want to take my word for it sell in small amounts like 1k at first and 5k increments.

Just wanted to say thanks Shane, sold 30k to gold4key at $1.6 per k, not great but my first sale, thanks. Will be selling more soon :)
 
Arnt you the dude who is making the Goldmaking guide and stated that you made $150,000 dollars botting wow?
