Yeah that guy? That's me. I've been around forever and all I need is the email switched so that I can keep my store profiles and purchase a new key, which I've wanted to do for 5 days now.

In fact, you'll notice that my handle here (and the one tied to my buddy auth/store account) has a different email attached to it! It's the one I want linked on that server as well. Please finally make this happen.

I've done that which is why I'm posting here. They told me they couldn't help, even though I don't understand how they can't. I can quote my old key, I can give proof of purchase, they can maybe look that the two emails matched at one time and now they dont. Whatever happens I would like a resolution.
