i have to say i watched movie of RIFT the new mmo game that comes out in 3 weeks i was quit happy with the PVP videos and pve more fun then wow i think who is going to buy RIFT?

noone rift will suck just like Aion. Back in the day the WoW trailer was the most epic thing ever. You can't really judge a game by its trailer.

I've been getting beta invites for Rift for quite some time.. i never did check it out. Who knows i might after the open beta hits next week. hope its not a disappointment like Warhammer was

I actually took part in the beta events and im extremely dissapointed, all i do is run around comparing its features to wow and commenting on how wow does this feature better.

The only unique thing the game has are these huge rifts that spawn on the map and monsters come out,,, u kill them and get tokens and spend them on armour,,, in wow terms its like a normal mode dungeon boss spawning in the middle of uldum and 40 people kill it, and it takes 10 seconds. Even after a few days of the beta i was bored of the rifts already as they arent exactly special,,

imo its crap.
