So we are still able to buy HB even thought they know it's not working?

I don't understand how we are still able to pay for HB when it's not even working since the new patch, I just paid for this bot and I can't even use it?
 
you must be new. it takes a little bit for the new bots to come out after a patch. at least error free.

^^This, we work as fast as we can to release new versions to work with new versions of wow.

why are you both trolling support threads with this bullshit?

THE BETA DOES NOT WORK. I don't mean it's buggy, I mean it LITERALLY does nothing. You press start, toon just stands there. using every botbase.

And no, you aren't "working as fast as we can". This exact game version has been out on PTR for a week, and similar 5.1 versions for many weeks. it takes the most minimal effort to get the offsets and work out the bugs on the ptr and be ready with a release version same day as patch.

Anyhow, what would be helpful is putting up an official notice when a 5.1-ready honorbuddy is expected to be released. not the beta, the real one. like, as a nice gesture for your thousands of paying customers so they know where the fuck they stand regarding their bots, a few hours or tomorrow or some major delay. that would be great.

if you wanna complain then fine, thats what the forums are for. but the build is BETA, so there will be bugs, and we are working on fixing those bugs before EU comes back up and we release our public builds.

the fact that you have access to ANY beta is a plus right now, as normally there wouldn't be any version for you to use till after EU comes back up.

you know considering if u buy the 1yr+ code its like 3600 days before it expires....meaning pretty well life-span of hb.. if you cant wait a few days then maybe u dont deserve to use it? they could be mean like mmomimic and charge us monthly 10 bucks but no 1 time fee n were good for life (so far) quit complaining man n suck it up. we all have to.
 
Bunch of people complaining about a dev team making the best bot on the market safe and working again after a patch. QQ harder nooblets, if you're QQing then go write your own bot and shut up.
 
The shit the HB-staff has to put up with ... You are well deserved of my money and more-so. Kudos guys, I really appreciate all the hard work put into each patch/fix.
 
the subs are lifetime subs, if you paid for a 1 day key and didnt get to use it, then all you gotta do is e-mail support so they can extend the key for you, just explain you were not able to use it because of the patch.

Exactly or go pay some company like swagvaults to level your characters or level your progression for what ever it is.
I am sure they'll happily sting you for $200-300 to level your shit for you..
 
Ya I don't think we would want them to rush I could see that leading to you getting banned cause they missed something and then you coming back and complaining even more. Don't get me wrong I want the bot back just as much as the next person but shit complaining Is only gunna slow it down.
 
Cut the dev team a break.They are working on it.I rather wait and and have a error free bot then some half ass shit.I love HB,not perfect,but what is.

I mean jesus people, what more could you want. These guys can be a little slow, we all know that...but please....PLEASE...find a better bot...There isn't one on the market. We are always going to feel that they are slow because when they aren't allowing us to be lazy, we can't be lazy. Get ahold of yourself and wait for the bot, so you can go back to being lazy.
 
the navigation is broken on the beta build, so you can start it, but the bot then just loops the unstuck routine.

we have a lot more API and code that we maintain compared to other bots. thats more work and debugging that has to be done each patch then Joe Chinese Farmer has to do to update this Wave-point fly and gather bot. it takes time.
 
I tried using the Beta for BGBuddy and it didn't work at all. No biggie though. Just going to wait for the real release.
