So, trying to do RaF but have to wait up to 72 hours for start account restrictions..

Hey so i'm trying to get 5 linked accounts going but you need to wait up to 72 hours for the dumbass starter edition restrictions to lift so can't recruit straight away, is there a way around that? And can 4 accounts be linked to 1 and they all get the xp while in a group?
 
buy battlechest keys not the digital upgrade and u dont wait

and u usually only have to wait 5~ hours till u get all the features.
 
I did a 4 linked to 1 and it takes a day or two for certain restrictions to lift (like being able to trade) but my recruiting account is old so I didn't have issues with recruiting from it. If you care more about getting leveled toons on one account my set up is sweet. You can you a step down strategy for granting levels like I did. You get your first group to 85 which give you 42 levels to grant per RAF account which equals 168 levels. Divide that by how many 85s you want and you only have to level to 85 minus that number. So, assuming you want 11 85s like I did - that's 16 levels you don't have to level on the rest of the accounts. If you keep stepping down and take into account the fact that DKs start at 57 or 58 (since you can't really grant levels until you finish the DK starting area) you can get 11 85s in no time. It's best this way because the higher the level the longer it takes to level it. I think I got all my 85s with 5 groups (85, 69, 50-something, 30-something and 30-something and then just leveling 4 or so accounts to 7).

It's a little off topic but you did ask about the 4 to 1 linking and thought I'd offer my suggestion for a setup that worked for me. I'm working on leveling all the 85s to 90 now (I recommend getting all the 85s you want first since the RAF bonuses don't work past that).

Are you sure you didnt misread the message when you created the accounts? I recently created a new b-net account and upgraded the trial with the 4 euro link. It stated that it MIGHT take UP TO 72hrs to lift all the restrictions from the trial account. For me it was maybe an hour or less, as i invited myself to my gather guild from another account and had no trouble communicating with it.
 
If you just make a game account with a key code rather then upgrading a starter edition you don't have any restrictions.
 
you can create an account and then it can be raf'd anytime within the first 30 days of creation but the raf time will started from the account creation date not the date you send the raf unless ofc they are both the same.

I said say i need to wait up to 72 hours in my original post, though i only had to wait 5.

where do you get battlechest keys if not the digital upgrade, but still for cheap?
