So my account was banned and I got it back and noticed something [teleport]

Hi!

My main account was perma banned for botting. I botted at both Ashran and farmed levels at a pretty popular spot. Now when I kept my account running overnight (at Groove Street) I was banned the next morning. At first I thought it was maybe botting at Ashran but when I got the account back I noticed that the farmer which I was leveling overnight was standing in Stormwind City at the harbors. Now could it be that the botting at Groove Street got me banned cuz and a GM teleported me to Stormwind (as it was IMPOSSIBLE for the profile to get there) and saw I didn't do anything anymore so he banned me?

Is that a valid theory?

Alliance's "reset" graveyard is in Westfall, so it can just get ported there for some reason. So you could never be sure.

Did you check the log file to see what the bot was doing just prior to the disconnect? That might give you a good indication what was going on.
