So I've tried to purchase honorbuddy about 4 times using paypal and then a credit card.

It keeps getting canceled and voided. I find this really obnoxious since I am only trying to purchase a weeks worth of time right now to see if I want to buy more.

I used to have a lifetime subscription. I understand they got canceled due to costs, which I understand. Considering I bought mine in 2014.

But trying to buy a new subscription is irritating me. My IP will never be at my address or location, my PROVIDER has a static IP to protect their users. They VPN it in our area to random towns around me, but never my direct location.

I don't have issues using my cards or paypal at any other retailer.
It's also an instant process so someone isn't even reviewing my order before it gets voided and refunded.
Then my paypal order said it was CANCELED and VOIDED by my REQUEST after saying it was manually going to be overviewed.

Are you guys just not allowing new purchases? Even though I've been a user ( on another account ) for years?

Wondering if anyone else has had this issue. Doesn't seem like they answer the support page and I've been automatically denied 4 times. One time my case was manually reviewed and then said I wanted a refund. As a customer I'm kind of clueless I've never had any company try to do this many hoops for a purchase.

Well. It's fine. I just won't order it. Anything that's too much trouble for a 5 dollar order on a credit card probably isn't needed. Never had any company keep rejecting my payment when it would go through. Not only on my credit card but also my PayPal. Have a wonderful day!
