Just remove the hotspots from the 1-60_human.xml for example and replace them with

<GrindArea>
</GrindArea>

?

And conversely if I want to grind do I leave the hotspots tags in the profiles ?

Leave everything in the profile, start the bot at a place with quests, it will pick them up and complete them, then pick up the new ones, effectively it should complete and entire quest hub then return to the profile.

In the future, expect to see profiles with hotspots to quest hubs, so it will run to a different town once you're finished in the first

No need, the bot knows what quests you are on and will complete them as which are weighted first (distance I believe is the common factor)

No, thats not what I am experiencing now, still grinding the area I would normally grind, ignoring the quests I have in the zone, even when they are close. I will abandon them and see what happens.
