i would guess i was banned for farming ghost iron but i could be wrong, i was doing it 14hrs a day full afk, but anyways. i got the ban downgraded into a 72 hr suspension, so my question is, do any of yall think it would be too risky to just use the bot in raids/arenas for combat routines, instead of stupid amount of farming?

Yeah, most people are on heavy supervision for the first couple of months after the ban.
