I immediately appealed a 2nd time and was able to get my acct back (ofc with final warning + 72 hr suspension). Maybe try again with some other excuse or what have you.

I won't assume how your appeal letters were written but I absolutely agree with stylan. Not just with this but all things in life. I remember back when my wife was my girlfriend I wrote a strongly worded and professional letter to her college professor and got her grade bumped up an entire letter.

I wrote a strongly worded and totally professional to my 1st boss..... got me fired. But you know, I was aiming for that.

I did the same thing and my boss fired me without even wanting to read the damn thing... then HIS boss called me into his office after reading my letter and tried to beg me to stay for 1-2 hours straight but I was already in F them mode =p.

Yeah, thing is the owner told me to write the letter and not to hold back. He "rehired" me in another part of the factory, and gave me a raise.

My word choice had nothing to do with it. This forum and talking to blizzard are completely different. Maybe you can write me something that can get me out of using GB to much? I'm not holding my breath.

What format, capitalization, language, blah blah blah doesn't matter. I've gotten them reversed for being proper while at the same time, had them denied. I've also had them reversed for typing like a total illiterate jack ass as well. It's who's over looking it and what they caught you doing that matters.
