so.. I finally got 72hour banned. what now?

Hi guys,
After 2 weeks of botting, I just got banned for 72 hours today. this happened while i was playing league of legends on one monitor while i had wow on the other one lol.
so pretty much.. I think my bot was running 24/7 minus the maintenance time minus HB crashing or wow crashing.
there's just no way that i'm going back to old fashion leveling now lol.
so what i'm curious is.. does blizzard watch your account closely since they know you bot?
if so, how much time should i give before i resume botting?
i've been reading around the forum and it seems like arch is safer than questing although it might grant me less exp(which im totally okay for), so i'm just gonna do that once i get my account back.

man.. i wish I saw the exact moment of how i got banned. whether i got a whisper from gm or something. I was concentrating too much on lol that by the time i looked at wow, it was already at login screen with ban notice lol.
 
sounds to me like to triggered one of their autoban's for gametime played perday bullshit. I would open a ticket asap and bitch about it.
 
Thy have never taken away anything frome when I have been caught but back in bc when my buddy got caught in BGs with glider they took all his pvp gear

If u dont write and appeal the ban, youre telling them that you botted...so youre probably more closely watched then if you write and plea not guilty as any nonbotter would do.

I would recommend that you not respond to the temp ban. All you did was catch an auto ban. I would be grateful that you didn't loose the account for good and not draw attention to it by emailing them and having a real person look at it and take the chance of getting a perma ban instead because if they look at it then they can easily decide to do that. I was caught on my current main account a long time ago and have never quit botting. That was about a year and a half ago and I bot all the time on it. Just be careful about how you bot and for how long.

what is this crap! its been over 72hours and my account hasn't been banned.. so im assuming this is not automatic unban? arggg now i wish i filed a ticket or some sort lol. i guess i can give it a one more day..
 
hmm.. it's been 5 days now and still banned.. whenever i try to login, it says "temporary suspension"
argggg cmon blizz..
 
email them to get the account unbanned explaining that you have insomnia etc etc and you should get the account back... Always fight a ban.

24/7 is a but stoopid though...

Call the Blizzard help line, say you are having trouble logging in and could they please check to make sure everything is alright. Do not mention the email you received, do not mention anything about a ban/suspension or anything else. You are just a simple little wow player who can't log in and are really worried. The guy on the other end of the phone will ask for you to please hold, you will wait about 2 to 4 minutes, then he will come back on the line and say "I don't see any issues with your account, can you try to log in again please and let me know what it says", then you will log and everything will be back up and running. Always go through the phone first and never mention anything because you know nothing about computers, can barely handle opening up wow to play and the thought of your password not working frightens the bejezus out of you and you are too simple in the head to do something like open a ticket...at least that is what you want them to believe. :) Simplicity is key and the less you tell them the better off you will be.

did exactly what you said and got the account restored!
i did the "i cant login to my account and etc" the guy asked if i power level or some sort and i just told him i share my account with my little brother.
after that he just restored the account~

Always blame it on the relatives. ha.
 
I play 24/7 and never been banned.

And they won't watch your account more often, simply if they catch you again and see that you were already banned it will be perma ban.
 
When I get banned and I can't explain it, I just say its my brother, and we share accounts. lol my gold is gone, wtf (to prevent me from getting banned for selling 200k gold, i msg them first saying "WTF"). they ask me if anyone has access to my account, im like "yea my older brother, he pays for my account so he has all of my login info" but u have to say he has the info AFTER they ask if he does. NEVER say too much. They will say "its against policy to share accounts" and you say "oh i didnt know that" If you can, make an alt. lvl him to lvl 35 or something, then level it one level every week or so. If you get banned, say your character is the lower lvl, and ur brother has the high level. They see ur "bro" as the botter and you as the innocent guy who barely plays. I did this once and it worked great.

ALWAYS play clueless. If you can, talk too often about random shit. OR only answer their question then STFU. NEVER answer their question with a lot of detail. KISS. keep it simple stupid.

I bot 10 hrs max on one account. 8 on my other account. That way if the 10 hr one gets banned, i can sell the gold on the other. If the 8 hr one... same thing. Don't push your luck, because blizz is a luck killer.
 
many people play 24/7 so if that was the case you would have seen many more of these threads
