I heard they got rid of Uk6 entirely, and now it uses Google SafetyNet to authenticate. Once the new versions go live and they stop old clients... It might be a little while for a fix I guess.

Exactly 3 Protos has been changed. 2 Protos were added. UK6, formerly known as Signal Update is still there and not gone. It's the heart of everything - without it you could not even move ingame... Wonder how long the current version will work till they require the new one? But that's good to know work is in progress.
 
I cant play pokemon on nox with version 37... I had to revert back to version 35... Now what? If I can't play with an emulator then I might as well quit n sell my account =/
 
It will be down as long as the Dev team needs to make a stable working build. You can't really put a time frame on that.

The new version (0.37) blocks loading on rooted devices. As far as I know version 0.37 isn't even out and they are going to support version 0.35 for a small bit because of the massive amount of people playing. The day version 0.35 won't load then we will know it's time to move on but it should be fine for a bit.

It's a pity because I think they need to work on other failing parts of the game so I wouldn't have to resort to scanning to find pokemon or how gyms are. If anyone starts PokeGo now there is no way they could fight gyms without being like level 20 at least. It would be nice if they had a NPC only section that you could fight based off your level so you could get stuff for fighting daily.
 
To clarify something. They didn't remove it completly. But in fact they did a lot of changes to play the cat and mouse game. We are still waiting for the iOS release to compare it against the Android release. More information will come then.

Will there be a way to hide rooted devices so we can still GPS spoof with version .37?

So far doesn't look like Root Cloak works.
