They said it's done for the US minus the testing but their holding it for the hotfix and just releasing it after they fix it again.

Your guess is as good as ours. They'll release a working version when they feel it's ready for release, they're very quick on updating HB, but since EU's servers get patched after US servers, we have to wait for the update to work with EU. So give them time
