so confused on how to work this honor buddy

ok guys heres the deal.. i purchased honor buddy cuz i was interested in the archeology / lvling aspect of it .. ive read lots of forums and the thing im most confused about is picking a profile.. where do i get one from.. wuts safe.. plz help i dont have much cash to spend these days .. also please explain sessions and why i would want 3 instead of 1 ? thank you for your time

1 session = 1 wow account...the more sessions you have the more wow accounts you can run at the same time, also to use archaeology just download a custom cc Classes open HB select archaeology click start thats it..no profiles needed for archaeology

also i notice after finishing a dig site.. it sits there saying loading tiles.. and the only way i can get him to continue is to stop and then push start again.. any fix for that? ty

thats normal,it will download all the mesh files it needs

You can download profiles here:
Submitted Profiles

Just click on Horde/Alliance and select the level span. Alliance profiles made by Kick are pretty ok
