Yes on the dropdown menu on the first page of Honorbuddy should say pvp. Click that then hit bot settings and mess with that to your liking.

just BE CAREFUL with WSG botting, make sure you have a good profile. It's risky because since there are only 20 people in the BG and its a smaller map, its easier to spot a bot.
