So botting successfully is basically impossible right?

It seems there is just something different about the way the bot communicates with the server, doesn't matter how human like you bot Niantic just sends out ban wave and any account that looks like it's not being played from a phone is terminated. Is this a concern or are the dev's for this not happy with how it's working?

Also is it possible a bot that runs on a jail broken phone could do any better?
 
Every single bot is detected imo its probably how the bot communicates with the server I have tried many things only running it in my town etc. All banned
 
Definitely detected, almost seems like we're paying to be testers lmao. but just waiting for trades to be available so we can smuggle pokemon off the botting accounts
 
btw I did bot on my main account 2 or 3 times for like 6-10 hour periods like 2 weeks ago and its still going strong and all other bot accounts get banned, but i dont bot on my main account anymore.
 
I personally dont believe PF is detectable. I think everyone who is getting banned is teleporting insane distances or somehow screwing up. After patch 110 on PF (not saying it was because of the patch, I just learned a little better how to use it) I havent even seen a soft ban. I have kept my botting close to home, allowed reasonable travel times between moving from one location to another. After patch 115, there is almost no reason to log into the phone anymore unless the bot doesnt open eggs still. If you create an account at home, then bam its teleported half a globe away farming, and you get banned, well I never teleported..... yeah you kinda did. but anyhwho. Thats just how I've been botting no issues. *knock on wood*
 
Legit people are getting banned lol, Niantic is that bad the are banning legit players for playing 12+ hrs and getting 600k + exp a day. They have just put a blanket detection system that will ban people who actually do play 12+ hrs a day.
 
THere is video on that a hardcore player tryin to get 1 million exp ... look for it ..

ANd yes all acounts getting banned no matter how soft or hard u bot ... within same town ... Even within same neighborhood ...

I hope you are correct about this. I personally think that ban patterns being reported are quite unreliable at this point since my account which haven't botted for more than 2 weeks (idk if even 3), and been playing normally since, has just been banned.

I think that what is safe and what is not is shady at this point in time.

Absolutely, I am assuming we cant believe 90% of the people ohe "only did it once" etc..... Most of them are rooks whove never botted a bit fussy they've lost an account. When I first loaded the bot I jumped to london and france and bam I was banned (soft type) I was like oh shish, why arent my stops and stuff collecting, researched found out it was a softie. Instantly was all sad that I was gonna lose my account. Welp, here we are a few days later. Perhaps the ban is coming still. But as of yet, I no longer get soft bans. So as far as everyone who has been banned. We'll never know how many legit stories there are.

And to be honest, I collected far more pokemon in real life than this bot does. I was catching upwards of 50 per half hour sitting between 4 pokestops down the street.

They do IP bans too or so I have heard, it seems that once I get more than 2 bots going I get soft banned. I dont recommend doing anything from your own personal IP's just to test it. My personal opinion.
 
There could be a multitude of factors taken into consideration or thrown in some algorithm somewhere that decides whos botting or who isnt. Right now, nobody nows FOR SURE what those factors are. All the bot devs can do is assume whats causing the accounts to be banned and try to plug those holes.
 
Yes. It's impossible to bot at this moment. I'm not sure it's Pokefarmer/Bossland's fault (but they have a very bad track record ie Honorbuddy and Hearthbuddy), but if you bot at the moment you are doomed.

I just lost the two accounts I was slowly and carefully botting. Walking speed, no more than 1 hour at a time and only a few times a day, using incense, staying near lured pokestops, using all the "human" settings. One was 15 (took 5 days) and the other was 20 (took 7 days).

Ignore anyone who says it is safe; they just haven't been banned yet.

Exactly anyone that has botted will get banned simply put anyone saying otherwise has a new account or they have not got around to you yet but trust me they will eventually.

LOL It's about the data that Niantic gets from Bot that is different from phone app that is getting people banned. So bots are detected not just PF, probably all bots at this moment and including emulators. So there is no safe play using the bot at this moment. Just wait for the ban which will come soon lol.

yea man, check my other comments , you'll be banned once you're reported, no matter you're legit or not..some kids just can't accept defeat! that's how i ended up in botting.. my legit was banned after i took a lvl 4 gym that time..pogo launched in australia (my place) first on the 7thJuly2016, that time i downloaded from play store, it was only written 100 (yup, it's crazy) downloads, and i think i didn't go to the news, i think i was the first guy who found out the evolution frenzy via lucky eggs on the 8thJuly2016, on 10th i found out that i can login into 2 diff devices and do evolution frenzy at the same time lolz..well, those were histories. lesson learnt = you'll be banned no matter what! if just catching pokemons and not defeating gym, what's the purpose of leveling? sigh..
