Slow start fight and Can not move when Attack!

I use the latest WB, use the WingIt.

The charactor can move around, but when it target a enemy and try attack, this all almost delay 2 minutes.
And when kill one, it can not move to another enemy, but just stand there.

How can resolve this problem?

Tied, but every time like this.
Until my pet kill rest mods, and it move again.
But about 1 hour or less, it is totally AFK.
