Why does it take over 1 min for HB to be ready to get started?
It took 1 minut and 14 seconds before I could start the bot.

It takes 48 seconds alone for HB to login.

This have been like this since the Legion update.

Tried with a clean install, did not work. Same with different wow install's too, same issue.

We have a huge workload on the auth servers atm. sorry.

Two weeks is not correct but the current load is from Pokefarmer, returning HB users and a ddos attack.
We monitor the situation.

btw. for the bot it does not matter if login takes 3 seconds or 3 minutes. normally you start it up and it runs for hours.
during configuration maybe more logins but it should not be any issue at all. except that you feel it takes long ^^

Uses the bot to do all my garissons, and with HBrelog relogging many accounts/chars. 1 minut more times 22 chars times 365 days are over 8.000 minutes or 133 hours my bot could use for something else. That's a lot, and would be 3 times more, if you said 3 minutes. So ofc. it matters.

And yes it feels longer than it takes, but wow. Normally it takes like 10 secs max. That's almost 10 times slower.

But why not have more auth servers and have one for each product so we do not have this problem?

Also, sure its not two weeks, but this is the first time in my 5 years using HB I have had a login problem for more than a week.

But you do the garrison only once a day or maybe a couple of times so your math is wrong :D

Are you going to pay for them?
Come on its like I said. We monitor the issue. If the systems are under heavy load for a longer time we will do changes to our infrastructure but sometimes its a peak or attack for a couple of days and then gone again.
Is not really then a good reason to invest in hardware if for the rest of the time then its not needed anymore.
If we raise the price of the bots to have always more power than needed you will have people blaming us that the price should stay like it is and that they like waiting :D

Wait a couple of more days and we will see and have more data ^^
 
Once a day times 22 characters times 365 days a year, no seem right.

I pay for the bot to work, so don't I already do that? And at this time you charge for it every month, so now you make more money.
Sure I understand that, but it's been like this for realy long time. Neerly two weeks. Even when MoP and WoD launched I had like 5 secs logon time.

I sure will, but it's been too long already. Sure, you have putted your fokus on 4 new bots to make more money, but why is HB always the bot that gets the least attention :(
 
This discussion makes not sense. I told you how things are and was pretty clear about it.
You do not have any SLA for a auth event to happen so if it runs 10 seconds or 3 minutes, as long as it runs everything is fine.
Believe it or not we have a huge interest that things are fast and everyone is happy but it's like I said.
We face a peak right now and monitor the situation. In the meanwhile it is like it is.
