From patch Notes 4.2

Slicing Harvesting nodes no longer drop Prototype (blue) quality Lockboxes and now drop Premium (green) quality Lockboxes.

Thanks to the person who posted the video on the official forums. I was too lazy, glad it worked. You know who you are,

but you have more chance to get 3 box from one nodes. and its small difference, useless, Bio need cancle those nodes. It will be better.
