Sky-high latency

When I open wow through the hb launcher my ping is really really high. Atm its close to 4k (world) and 72 (home)
If I open wow through the bnet launcher the ping is fine.

Am I doing something wrong? Is this a "known" problem?

Try to open manually wow via wow.exe (32bit) or wow64.exe (64bit) and check if they are different in latency or it is coincidence.
