Skipping quests??

Ran into a problem with kicks 1-60 prof. Was doing the grunt work quest, and something happened, d/c or something. And now I can't use the quest item, and when I try to go back to the npc to get the quest, he's aggro and proceeds to kick my butt.

My question, is there a way I can change the profile to skip the quest, without messing up the whole profile? Would like to continue leveling this toon.

It won't work, that's my problem, it just plain won't let me use it. And Blizz gave me one answer saying to delete my wtf interface and cache folder, which didn't work, and the other reply told me that since i finished one quest I could not complete this one....wha??

I remember being able to polish boots, but now I can't even use the item. Ugh.... I don't know what else to do

i don't have any of the quests and i can still use it (i am just passed the cudgel 'manual' quests).

so - delete your cache, then go back to that area and use it manually

or you can just delete the rest of the quests from that zone and grind to next zone

Mabye I will just grind it.... I just got auto banned last time I used grind. Oh well
