Skipping progress orbs in grifts?

The bot keeps killing rare enemies that drop the purple progress orbs, but running off before it notices the orbs and not picking them up. Since rares in rifts take a while to kill and it's not getting the progress for them, this means it's doing far worse in grifts than it should be. Anyone know how to fix this?
