Skipping loot?

Hey, what can i do for this problem? My bot sometimes just leaves yellows/gold/legs/mats on the ground? Running core and it doesnt loot chests even its checked, also leaves few items after azmodan and randomly picks up stuff from elites. Id like to set it so it takes atleast all the rares and leges up.
