Skipping acts

Before I begin this thread, I'd like to apologize if this is in the incorrect section or this thread is not allowed.

Anyway, I am currently looking into creating a few accounts for farming, however I am confused on how many of you skip acts instead of spending the time to play through each act/difficulty. Also, if you require a partner I am looking for someone who would be able to help me skip acts (if necessary I'll provide payment for the service).

You have to play through them all at least once afaik (per difficulty).

Then you can use "change quest" in the lobby and move between them.

I know that, it's what I have been doing; but I've heard people stating that you can skip acts and difficulties to powerlevel.
