Skip trash?

Can you make the bot skip all the trash but quest mobs?

I am trying to do wretched mother runs in act 1 for legs. But the bot kills EVERYTHING and I mean EVERYTHING and I would like to just kill uniques, rares, elites, and the mothers for the quest. Is this possible to do?

IT works for me. Just want it to skip more trash. :/

In Trinity/Combat tab, there is a slider for trash mob pack size. Set it to its highest. It's not exactly what you want, but at least it skips most packs.
