For some reason Honorbuddy (1.9.6.2827) won't skin any mobs for me. It seems as if others (Kind request about HB constant error, help bot not skinning :S) had the same problem. This plugin will work as a temporary fix for this issue. It is barely tested, so use it on your own risk. At least it works quite well for me.
