its been like that for a long time. i remember it as far back as farming turtles in pandaria. you can try a different CR to see if it reacts differently.
and this isnt really a support section topic. support deals with 'hey, my hb wont login' 'my hb wont stream buddystore' 'my dog ate my honorbuddy key' type issues.
since you havent stated any details of how you discovered this issue, and you didnt post a supporting log, we can really offer no advice, suggestion, help, or anything else.
if you had named a botbase, we could tell you to post in that thread.
if you had posted a CR, we would tell you to use singular, and if that didnt fix it, we would ask for more details
if you had named a profile, we would suggest posting your bug report in the supporting thread.
without a log, we cannot read your mind or give you any advice about your issue. and we can hardly know where to begin to address your bug report without supporting evidence, mainly a log.
a log might also tell us what plugins you are running and what ingame addons that may be interfering with your loot issue, but alas, no log.
do you get where im going here? how posting random thoughts in the wrong section wastes my time and yours. next time post ingame issues in appropriate forum section. if you cant decide which section, always default to the general section.
