Skin after loot wait/delay

Just got 3804 up and running and having a problem with skinning.

In the release I saw the fix about not moving until the mob has been skinned. The bot does this however seems to wait approx 5-8 seconds until skinning. During this time, the debug is "Changed POI to: Type: Loot, Name: ...". Using Default druid class with no plugins.

More problems with this. I have since noticed an error popping up without skin mobs selected. It seems to delay once looted to clearing point of interest about 10 seconds. Again default druid class and fresh hb install. navigator log seems normal as well (path generates in ~100 - 150 milliseconds).
