Hello, I am a new user and the first thing I'm noticing is that the forum site seems very slow. Is it always this slow? Has the site been overloaded lately and this is just a temporary issue?

This is not a huge issue but just something I was wondering about. So far I am enjoying the bot. Having been a former Pirox user I was happy to see there was another alternative.

They're having some problems with it, APOC's looking into it however he is more focused on the bot atm.
 
we solved all the issues we had like 5 hours ago O.o
 
try to log off and to clear your cache and cookies and let me know plz
 
Seems to have made a noticeable difference, still a tad jerky, but none the less faster than before!
 
it is faster now, glad the issue has been resolved
 
It is faster today, yes, however it still takes 3-8 seconds per web page load. Same with refreshes. I tried it in 2 browsers that I've never used for TheBuddyForum.com.

Other web pages I tried take 1-3 seconds to complete a refresh and load pages.
 
Last week (and for the last couple of years) it's pretty good... just recently it started acting up. We are looking into the issues. It's even more annoying for me (since I have to read all of you guys' threads each day).
