singular standing still

last night all was well with my singular, logged in today and the bot just stands there wont engage any target all the other ccs work clu and so on but i like to use singular. I have done a fresh install of hb and still the same thing i have disabled/deleted plugins and tried but no joy can someone take a look at my log and see if its something ive done

i have clu but i prefer to use singular thanks for the reply but id like to get singular fixed if i can
