Singular Routine not working while lvling?

Title says it all... Singular keep not working randomly while lvling up... anyone else experiencing this issue? and maybe have a solution? or should I stop just using singular?

Use support section and attach a logfile showing the issue. If its a pure rotation issue please use the singular support thread.
