Singular hunter routine won't do anything

what is wrong with singular? no abilities at all and stand there and let the mobs kill him. any solutions? won't do anything in both pve and pvp.

if you would attach a full log as an attachment, then ill check it out and see if we can get a fix.

thx ppl. seems that the problem comes from wow client. im using non-english client. when i switch back, problem solved. so weired . never happened before.
