Singular DK CC ?

Is there a reason its not using deathstrike when low on health? Im currently farming charms in throne of tides and it is getting low constantly on an extremely geared blood dk. (I am talking 10k health left not like 70, which it shouldnt even get to that when death strike heals for like 30k).

i dont know what happen to blood cc after the rewritten but the old version were very good the only problem with it was most of the time u will not have enough RP to use the ability the need them like DK res and Dancing Rune Weapon.
