Singular continually casting Blessing of Might

So bot works fine for all my characters except Paladin where for some reason it spams BOM and wont even self cast (even though i have it enabled). Also noticed a lot of problems with Garrison buddy, including spam opening/closing vendors and all garrison building caches (work orders). Any ideas as to why this might be?
