Since we are down, I can finally ask my noob question about farming for gold...

What settings should I be using to get the most gold per hour? Do i collect yellows and blues and gold? Just yellows and gold? Just High level yellows? What gives you the maximum gold per hour?

I have been botting for a couple months and have never found an answer and I've felt too stupid to ask.
