Is this when you run the launcher tool for HB?

Do you mean when you try and open wow and the wow launcher comes up?

Can you provide a screenshot of what is happening so we can help you better?

no when i open wow.launcher it give me error

the application encountered an uncpected error i run it with unchicked and chicked 32

and then its closed the only way i can run the launcher is with wow 64 which it didnt work with honer boddy i run repear and every things still same problem

Sorry buddy dont have skype.

To take a screenshot press print screen (also prt scr) on your keyboard then open a program like paint and then paste.

Then save the image to your desktop or another location and load here.

It might be faster for you to remove your current HB and download the installer and run it fresh.

use windows on screen keyboard, go to start menu and then type keyboard, this will open a keyboard on your screen, this one has print screen

Hmm without seeing whats going on i could only guess, maybe its best if do a clean installation of HB. Try this and see if that helps.

Am i correct that you are using the bot on multiple accounts? or are all the wow windows im seeing crashed out?

Edit:

What i mean is, all the wow windows open, have they all crashed or are two running and the last one is crashing?

no i use 1 bot only it has 1 spot on it

when i try open launcher with 64 wow.exe it work but with 32 or i mean wow.exe it give me this error
and when i open bot with 64 it says u need 32 not 64 so i am totally lost what to do

FIRST - if you are using DX9 for fun change to DX11 and try still same problem Change to DX 9 again
Reboot the computer, run the HB luncher application - do not modify whats in there and then tell me if it crashes.
