Not sure that will help - that is exactly what got me banned.
some dudes said maybe u get banned with 1k pokemon catch at one day or 2k pokestops at one day is bannable. idk

im doing 10.6kmh in bigger cities in my country, i dont hop from one to another non human like (i google how much it takes to travel and wait between teleports) and i never got banned. I also bot like 5 hours a day max.

Truth is, that IF it's a ban wave (no confirmation et, only speculation) no one knows what the triggers are.

I was banned too and i'm testing various setup. ATM i have an alter doping:
Jogging
Transfer imediatly
Random ACC
16h/d with some pause in the middle
Loc: my city.

i do 50 km/h speed and bot about 10 hours a day. dont get banned since now. got lvl 33

How can you make a new account? Niantic seems to have banned my IP.
contact your internet service provider, they can reset it for you. Most of times they assign dynamic IP, so you can unplug your Modem for like 10 mins to resent your IP. If you chose to unplug your IP, write your IP address before and after you unplug your modem to make sure it's changed.

There's a secondo way but is quite illegale, tale a telefono cable, cut it in half, then stick all the interna cable together. Connect the jack and it will reset all.

Has anyone actually figured out what caused the ban? I don't think anyone has. I'm going to play it safe and bot for 5 hours a day at walking speed. Hell, I might even set up a script to automate launching pokefarmer and running it.
I can imagine the buddycompany are happy that people are going to bot slower. The slower you bot, the more time you have to purchase from them.
I'm just going to hang out here so I can watch the facepalm when you realize that he was talking about those numbers per hour.
Have people who been banned look at their exp and stardust / hr? I wonder if this is a trigger.

I have decided I will enjoy those more than their digital counterparts (I can cuddle them!), and they have the added bonus of being much harder to take away from me.
...And Leafeon is so cute, especially sleeping!! awwww!
Honestly I was having trouble making myself evolve any of my pokemon anyway, since many of their little forms are so adorable.
