Simply running CR (non-singular)

Has anyone been banned for simply utilizing a CR since the HB reboot? Either in raid or questing, not running any bot profile or questing profile?
 
I ran for about 2 hours last night with no quest or bot profile, using TuanHA shaman. No ban issues....
 
Me,i started it right after hb went online.Ran dungeonbuddy,ran enyo multiple times.All is fine.
 
No immediate ban doesn't mean you could not be flagged and eligible to get hammered in the next scheduled batch ..
