Simple plugin to fix flight path bugs [request]

Could someone implement plugin that closes flight path -menu window if its open for more than 3 seconds? Should be quite easy to do.. I myself have no idea how to even start making plugin.. This would be great help also. Thanks.

background story:

noticed when leveling with kicks 1-90 it always and always had getting stuck to initializing flight paths, but when I just close the window it retalks to FP -guy and then flyes. This plugin would automate this.
