Simple Fishing Plugin?

I am wanting to write a simple fishing plugin...

I am curious how to UseSKill("Fishing") at the position of the cursor on my screen, or else have the plugin actually keypress the "r" key and then keypress the "leftmouse" key. Im not very savvy at c# obviously.. but i feel that i could make some simple plugins with a little guidance on this type of thing. thanks for looking.

Just for leveling they changed it to automatic fishing when pressing shift and right mouse or so (it is in the description if you hoover over your fishing rod.

what do you mean automatic? don't need use skills?
