simple Combat Assist possible?

Hi,
I went through forum posts for profiles addons etc, but can't find clearly what I'm after.
How hard would it be to setup a simple combat routine that let's me do most of the fighting/spellcasting, but kicks in when an ability or buff comes off cooldown and it uses it for me.

Let's say for Bard:
- Bloodletter came off cooldown, I use Heavy Shot and bot follows it up with Bloodletter
- mob is <20% HP and Mercy Stroke came off cooldown, I use Heavy Shot and bot follows it up with Mercy Stroke
- I use Heavy Shot and get a Straighter Shot proc. I try to use Heavy Shot again but bot intercepts the command, cancels it and replaces my Heavy Shot with Straight Shot

So in other words, just a simple combat assist that helps out with procs but not much more then that.

You would have to make your own.

^^This is where your problem will be. My understanding of how the Bot works is that it reads what's in memory, then adds the appropriate stuff to the memory stream and sends that back so that to the FF14 client, it looks like you just pressed a button. What you're asking for is to make it so that it reads what the game is sending you, and also what you are sending the game, and then do a check against what you're trying to send to the game against a pre-defined rotation, and then if and only if what you're trying to send to the game doesn't match what should be sent based off of that rotation, then update it to the correct thing.

Botting just doesn't work like that. Exmortem has supplied the community with a great All-In-One Combat Routine. Until something else is provided that works better, I highly recommend trying it out.
