I'm sorry I'm a little new here I was wondering when I go to open my GB it says invalid Account information? And again I'm kinda new here so I'm probably messing up on something an eight year old could do, so I was wondering can someone help me with this?

invalid Account information=wrong user or pass
make sure that you are trying to log with the shop info
